Given it is highly unlikely that I will be able to be consistently available for league games for Season 4, as a result I don't want to submit my name for the draft and then frustrate any club that might choose me by frequently not being available, can I submit my name to any free agency list of sorts as I would still like to stay engaged in the PHL even if it is just in that fashion?
