LET ME KNOW OF THINGS GUYS -_-

i know i dont have voxer, but id like to know what your talking about so i can give you guys my input to... we are a team right

so when you discuss of something or you want to discuss something with me post in here or contact me on facebook... or skype...

dedli a few days ago i came on xbx to let you know everything me n joe discussed . (note we just discussed ideas n stuff) but i wanted to pass that on and talk on live. you told me you were in a game and to go on forums and write them down there, I wasnt doing that and said ild wait for game to be over and i never heard back from you. Im the guy that rather talk on xbx, it lot easier to communicate and understand ones opinion where you are in a conversation instead of text. on voxer there's a example of how "text" can sometime lead to miscommunication and i want to avoid that.

With that said we ALL have to start communicating and have meetings often. This 1 time a week isnt working. We need to be in meetings like 3-4 times a week if not more and be working on league every time where in these meetings. Nothing can be finalized if were all not there. Jus seems like were waiting for something to happen when were the ones that have to make things happen lol

also nothing is really being discussed on voxer anyways, so your not missing much

We need to have a meeting soon to decide on certain things that needs to be urgently decided like:

- season starts?
- draft day?
- confirm draft ranking, so owners can scout by knowing what position they are in the draft! (later picks will want to get more scouting done to be better prepared)
- communication! we need to step it up a bit

what day everyone can make it? if someone cant post, ask them on voxer please... i would do it, but i dont have it :(

i cant make a saturday meeting, BUT i believe the rest of you guys can. I think the meeting should be saturday and just fill me in the decisions. Im fine with that 100% because a meeting has to be done and if not saturday then were looking at next week sometime and that too far.
